Get current auth/session info

When Api.ChatAgentAPIKeys is configured, requests that include X-SP-Balancer-Client: balancer must also send a valid X-SP-Chat-Agent-Key (chat service → User API). Browser clients omit these headers.

When include_chat_agent_token is true, the response may include chat_agent_access_token (JWT for the chat agent WebSocket init-chat). Omit the parameter or set false to keep the previous response shape for clients that do not need the token.
